After the United States Bankruptcy Court assigns your court date, you will receive a notice directly from the Court. In addition to the notice from the Court, you will also receive a notice from our office confirming your court date.
Please be advised that you must arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time and sit in the waiting area for one of our attorneys to call your name.
What To Bring To Your Court Date
- original government issued photo identification with your current address
- original social security card or other government issued document that reflects your social security number
- copy of your most recent bank statement (only applies if you have a bank account)
If you do not bring your photo ID and social security card, your hearing may be postponed to another day.
